The annual Awards Night will be held on Thursday 23 October at the Bathersby Centre.

If you child is receiving an award, you would have received communication earlier this week. For students receiving an award, they are to be seated by 5.45pm for a 6.00pm start.

Secondary students receiving awards are required to wear their formal uniform. For those secondary students in Years 10, 11 and 12, it is a requirement that they wear the school blazer (if Year 10 students have one). 

Primary students receiving awards are required to wear their St Joseph's school shirt, shorts and black shoes. Jumpers are not required.

A reminder that students must adhere to the policies around make up, jewellery and their hair. It is very important that students look their best at all times and on this night in particular. Students who do not present themselves appropriately will not take to the stage.

The evening should conclude approximately 9.30pm. We look forward to sharing this special occasion with you.
